Payment Schedule (For Video Production Packages)
1. 25% of total payment due 30 days prior to event.
2. 50% of total payment due one week prior to the event.
3. Remaining 25% of payment due once client is notified that production on DVD has been completed. Product will be dispatched once total payment has been received.
1. Prior to event...
a. If order is cancelled before any payments have been made, no obligation remains to pay.
b. If order is cancelled 30-20 days before event, then 50% of any payments already made are non-refundable. There is however no obligation to pay any remaining fees.
c. If order is cancelled 20-7 days before event, then 75% of any payments already made are non-refundable. There is however no obligation to pay any remaining fees.
d. If order is cancelled 7-0 days before the event, all payments already made are non refundable. There is however no obligation to pay any remaining fees.
2. On the day...
a. If filming is unable to take place due to lack of filming permit/license, any payments already made are non-refundable. There is however no obligation to pay any remaining fees.
b. If filming is unable to take place due to circumstances outside Kirke Media or clients control, such as bad weather, venue cancellation etc, then 25% of any payment already made is non refundable. There is however no obligation to pay any remaining fees.
c. If filming is unable to take place due to circumstances on the part of Kirke Media, such as illness or equipment failure, any and all payments already made are refundable, and there is no obligation to pay anything more.
d. If filming is unable to take place due to Kirke Media having been supplied with misleading information, or in the event of dangerous, derogatory or threatening behaviour towards Kirke Media staff, any payments already made are non refundable, and any payments still due to be made must be paid within seven days of the event.
By signing below I confirm that:
1. The details I have entered in sections 1, 5-8 of this order form are correct.
2. The package details I have entered in sections 2-4 of this order form are correct, and that I have used Kirke Media's Service Calculator (or failing this Kirke Media’s pricing list), and so am aware of what the total cost for my package will be.
3. I agree to abide by Kirke Media's payment schedule (as outlined at kirkemedia.co.uk)
4. I have read and understood Kirke Media's cancellation policy (as outlined at kirkemedia.co.uk), especially with regard to what amount of payment is non-refundable within a certain time frame or under certain circumstances.
5. I am responsible for obtaining a permit/license to film at my chosen venue(s) in advance of the event if required, and that Kirke Media is not responsible if filming is unable to take place because I have failed to do so. In this event, any payment already made to Kirke Media is non-refundable (see Cancellation policy).
6. I realise that Kirke Media is a 'one-man-show', and that in the event of illness or damaged equipment filming may not be able to take place. In these circumstances, payment is refundable (See Cancellation policy).
7. I realise that Kirke Media does not operate under dangerous or threatening conditions, whether this is through bad weather, hazardous environment or aggressive behaviour. If Kirke Media deems filming to be unsafe, Kirke Media reserves the right to cancel said filming. Such incidents are covered under rules 2.b and 2.d of the Cancellation policy (as outlined at kirkemedia.co.uk).
8. I understand that Kirke Media has agreed to conduct itself in a professional and friendly way, and that reciprocation of this is appreciated.
By signing below I confirm that:
1. The details I have entered in the above sections of this order form are correct.
2. I have enclosed my VHS tape (s) to be transferred and the correct payment(see condition 4) along with this order form.
3. I understand that Kirke Media’s cancellation and payment schedule policies for the Video Production Service do not apply to the Video Archive service, and that once payment has been made it is not refundable unless the final product is damaged or faulty.
4. I realise the difference in pricing between DVD Archive as a standalone service and DVD Archive as an added extra to a Video Production Package.
5. I understand that Kirke Media can accept no responsibility if tapes are accidentally damaged (i.e. chewed up in the video recorder), and that having a spare copy of my tape to cover this eventuality is recommended.
6. I understand that Kirke Media has agreed to conduct itself in a professional and friendly way, and that reciprocation of this is appreciated.
